Our charming secluded Hot Tub Tree Lodges are hidden away in woodland a five minute walk from the bivouac shop and cafe. They provide an intimate, truly authentic, rustic back to nature setting for a Yorkshire holiday.

Experience ‘off-grid’ heaven whilst indulging in a touch of the opulence Swinton Estate has to offer… Arrive for a two-night stay at a tranquil Tree Lodge at Swinton Bivouac, a chilled bottle of prosecco awaiting your arrival, then switch off with some electricity-free living. With your log burner crackling and tea lights twinkling, lounge under blankets in your hammock in the trees; watch the sunrise from your private wood-fired hot tub; explore the Druid’s Temple and drink in the spectacular views from the Woodland Sauna. Included in your stay is access to Swinton’s fabulous Country Club where you can enjoy the spa facilities; lunch or dinner in The Terrace Restaurant and Bar (or if you’d prefer, Afternoon Tea in the Drawing Room at Swinton Park). You’ll also enjoy a light breakfast in the Bivouac’s quirky café each morning. Each Tree Lodge has its own log burning stove, cooking facilities, cool box, shower and loo, boasting sumptuous bed linens, Swinton Estate robes and towels.

Enjoy dinner in either The Terrace or Samuels Restaurant, followed by an overnight stay and breakfast, with use of Swinton Country Club and Spa throughout. Please note: Dinner allocation of £55.00 per person does not include any wine or beverages .
