From beginners to professionals, Swinton Cookery School runs a busy programme of half-day practical cookery courses, available on both weekdays and weekends. From chocolate making, to artisan bread making, to French brasserie, there’s a course to suit everyone.

Swinton Park Cookery School is located on the Swinton Estate, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Housed in the ground floor of the converted Georgian stable wing, the school adjacent to the hotel. Light and airy throughout, the stylish décor is comfortable – a relaxed environment well-disposed to the appreciation of good food and fine wine.

Terms & Conditions

Advance booking essential. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and no change can be given. Voucher can only be used on courses booked direct with the cookery school and cannot be used for courses arranged through 3rd parties such as Weber BBQ courses. All vouchers purchased via Gifted are eligible for extension. Vouchers may be extended by three months at a time for a fee of £25 per extension. A maximum of two extensions is permitted. To extend your voucher, contact reservations@swintonestate.com.
