Half Day Cookery Course
From beginners to professionals, Swinton Cookery School runs a busy programme of half day practical cookery courses, available on both weekdays and weekends. From chocolate making, to artisan bread making, to French brasserie, there’s a course to suit everyone.
Swinton Park Cookery School is located on the Swinton Estate, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Housed in the ground floor of the converted Georgian stable wing, the school adjacent to the hotel. Light and airy throughout, the stylish décor is comfortable – a relaxed environment well-disposed to the appreciation of good food and fine wine.
The demonstration kitchen has been designed to the highest specification with the latest appliances from Gaggenau, equipment from Kenwood and Thermomix and knives by Wusthof. The homely atmosphere is complemented by an Aga and Fired Earth tiles.
Our Half Day Cookery Course is a morning class featuring the preparation of a three course menu. Please note that voucher can only be used on courses booked direct with the cookery school and cannot be used for courses arranged through 3rd parties such as Weber BBQ courses.
